Where is the registration code? I did not manage to sign up with my smartphone, the application requires a code.

You need the code only for GSM connections. If you have a Bluetooth watch, it does not support GSM connection, and the code is not required.

If you have a GSM watch, the reg code is indicated under the QR code. You can find the sticker with the QR and the reg code, if you open the box of your GSM watch and look inside it: it could be attached to the bottom of the box.

You can also go to the “Device Info” in the GSM watch menu and find the reg code there: Device Info –> Register code

You can also find the reg code on the tag attached to the GSM watch strap.
